Small details first
Defiance breaks skills into smaller parts so the goalie understands the movement, not just the drill.

One-on-one coaching
Most Defiance training is private, focused work. The goal is to isolate smaller details, correct the pattern, repeat it with purpose, and connect it back to real goalie play.
Instead of generic drills, private sessions can target the exact habit a goalie needs: depth, angle, tracking, recovery, rebound control, save selection, or game reads.
Defiance breaks skills into smaller parts so the goalie understands the movement, not just the drill.
One-on-one work gives the goalie more coach attention, more correction, and more purposeful repetition.
After the skill is cleaner, training connects the piece back to larger save decisions and game situations.
